Victoria Beard
Founder & CEO
Victoria Beard is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of An Investment of Time. With more than 20 years of experience as an educator, she has taught, led, and advocated in schools and community programs, always centering the academic, social, and emotional growth of young people. Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Teaching STEM and Leadership, which together ground her work in both instructional excellence and transformative leadership. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Instructional Leadership for Changing Populations, deepening her expertise in meeting the needs of diverse learners and communities. Through An Investment of Time, she combines her classroom experience, mentoring expertise, and deep commitment to equity to create meaningful opportunities for youth to be seen, supported, and prepared for their next steps in life.
Brandon Jones
COO
Brandon Jones serves as the Chief Operating Officer of An Investment of Time and is the founder of Essential Performance LLC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership and Policy from Widener University. With over a decade of mentoring experience, Brandon is passionate about helping young people develop discipline, physical wellness, mental resilience, financial awareness, and strong character. He believes that when young people are given the right guidance and mindset, they can build a future that impacts generations.
Kevonte’ Beard
CFO
Kevonte Beard is a Baltimore native and dedicated financial leader committed to helping An Investment of Time, Inc. achieve long-term sustainability. A Franklin & Marshall College graduate with dual degrees in Business, Organizations & Society and Africana Studies, Kevonte combines a strong academic foundation with practical experience in financial management and organizational planning.
Before joining the board, Kevonte gained valuable finance and customer relations experience as a Community Branch Intern at M&T Bank. He now applies those skills to the nonprofit sector, focusing on transparency, accountability, and strategic growth.
Marques Boyer Jr.
Digital Communications Specialist
Marques Boyer Jr. is a Digital Communications Specialist with a strong background in social media marketing, content creation, and online engagement strategy. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Marques has been interested in business and communications since middle school, participating in school-wide initiatives that nurtured his entrepreneurial mindset. He continued developing these skills at National Academy Foundation High School and through the 2014 National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship program at the Reginald F. Lewis School of Business and Law.
Marques later expanded his expertise at the North American Trade School, studying HVAC alongside customer relations and business operations, strengthening his ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences. Today, he brings this blend of technical understanding, customer service, and digital media savvy to An Investment of Time Inc., where he focuses on sharing the organization’s mission, coordinating timely digital campaigns, and supporting effective collaboration across the team.
